Cross out the XXI: an honour can never leave your hand through the skart. Between VII and 10♣ either is fine. If you choose the VII, remember the discard also loosens your leash: once you have discarded a Tarok, you may call ANY Tarok except an honour for your silent partner, not only the highest one you lack.
