- The richer bonus board. Some tables extend the feats: the II Ultimo (second-to-last trick), III Ultimo (third-to-last), IV Ultimo (fourth-to-last), and a Double Trick for winning two consecutive tricks with the VII and VIII.
- Traditional announcement timing. Beck’s rules announce a bonus mid-game, when its first card is played; our one-moment version is a house simplification. Traditionalists may prefer the original.
- The Traditional Scoring. Traditional zero-sum scoring, loser pays winner. Same values, more arithmetic.
