There is nothing to announce. The core game’s single announcement window, taken right after the opening reveals, covers only the three named bonuses: Pagat Ultimo, Four Kings, and the Trull. The II Ultimo lives outside that list, on the Expansions’ richer bonus board, and the old tables score those feats flat: +1, silent only, no announced double. Earn it quietly and score your Victory Point; there is nothing to say beforehand.
