You cannot: a duty-drafted Dapper can never be Challenged, and the drafted claim ended round two before your seat was reached. The mistake happened earlier. The Skus, the XXI and three more top Taroks are a Solo hand; passing in round one was the error, and the Challenge question never comes up.
